Bianca Saltaformaggio

Artist Services and Booking Coordinator

With a BA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College, Bianca is a born and raised New Yorker who has spent most of her career as a featured dancer, dance captain, and rehearsal director for various regional musical theaters, dance companies, and International and National Cirque shows. After spending over 10 years touring, she fell in love with the production and logistical side of the arts, so she freelanced as a production coordinator for several companies until she excitingly joined the Cadenza Artists team full-time in 2018.  Bianca very much enjoys taking the experience she gained as a performer and tour manager and implementing it into her daily work to help future artists in their careers. When not working for Cadenza, you can find Bianca teaching group fitness at several Crunch Gym locations in Manhattan (POUND® Fitness being her favorite format) or at a Mets game!

FIONA NAGLE, PHD

Client Success and Booking Manager

Fiona has deep roots in the arts, having grown up in an artist/opera/theatre household as well as dancing and acting on stage and screen from a very young age. Originally from Los Angeles, Fiona became a professional ballet dancer as an adult, moved to New York City, and performed as Principal with companies in the Midwest and east coast. After retirement, she radically shifted directions, obtained her PhD in dispute resolution for environmental issues, and began researching and developing paradigms in Authentic Leadership. She has since had over 20 years experience as a leader and administrator in the nonprofit and government sectors, focusing on issues and organizations related to climate change, women leaders, and sustainability (environmental, programmatic, and institutional). During the Covid-19 pandemic, deep soul-searching led Fiona to realize that she greatly missed her performing arts roots and needed to return. Although she will not be putting on her pointe shoes any time soon, she is thrilled to be able to help other artists reach their dreams, whether it be through booking a performance, providing career or artistic guidance, supporting presenters in audience development, or offering a simple but confidence-building “I believe in you.”
