Julia Torgovitskaya Levitan
CEO & Principal Manager
Julia is a trained opera singer and relates first-hand to the journey that performing artists undertake on their quest to success. She has extensive consulting experience with both arts organizations and individuals with particular expertise in guiding projects from concept to impactful launch, motivation, empowerment, and team dynamics. Credited by clients for cultivating an environment of trust, as well as co-creating a team and platform for building organization around nascent ideas and new projects, Julia is known for her unique combination of business savvy and heart-centered nature. Julia has also been recognized for her writings, which have been published in international publications, including The Moodie Report. Having earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, Julia is passionate about introducing artists and arts leaders to the concept of approaching their careers and work with an entrepreneurial mindset and using proven business concepts for their professional success. Julia earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music, International Relations, and Russian and East European Studies with High Honors at Tufts University, also minoring in Philosophy. Julia received Beta Gamma Sigma distinction for her graduate studies and Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa for her undergraduate work. Julia is on the Board of Directors at Classical KUSC radio and Ohana Arts and is the co-author of the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career, published in November 2015.

Jennifer Rosenfeld
Co-Founder
Jennifer has extensive experience working with musicians of all genres on identifying and pursuing their professional goals, and overcoming the obstacles that come up along the way. She has also worked with organization leaders on creating a culture of innovation and developing promotional and strategic initiatives. She received her JD/MBA from Stanford Law School and Graduate School of Business. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and KDFC, the Bay Area’s classical public radio station.

Maryl Fleisher
Vice President of Operations
Maryl has worked with multi-faceted arts institutions for the past 18 years including leading the Artist Department at the Los Angeles Philharmonic, artistic programming positions with the Mondavi Center of Performing Arts, UC Davis and The Getty Center, as well as company managing Bravo Televison’s On With the Show and Camp Broadway’s National Tours and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade float performance. She currently leads Cadenza’s remote team in daily operations.

Maryl Fleisher
Vice President of Operations

Beth Beauchamp
Director of Artist Branding and Digital Strategy
Over the past decade, Beth has been privileged to work with a large roster of world-class artists, facilitating growth as a branding/image consultant, web designer, digital strategist, and crisis manager. A passionate artist advocate, Beth is known for her ability to quickly understand the person behind the art, and for inspiring confidence and action. Beth enjoys working collaboratively with her clients on building honest, beautiful, and evocative branding and publicity materials. Her primary goal is to save the time and energy of her clients so that they can focus on their art.

Bianca Saltaformaggio
Artist Services and Booking Coordinator
With a BA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College, Bianca is a born and raised New Yorker who has spent most of her career as a featured dancer, dance captain, and rehearsal director for various regional musical theaters, dance companies and International and National Cirque shows. After spending roughly 8 years touring with Cirque Le Masque, it was then that she fell in love with the production and logistic side of the arts and had been freelancing as a production coordinator for the company, Larusa Entertainment, until she excitingly joined the Cadenza Artists team full time. She very much enjoys taking the experience she gained as a performer and tour manager and implementing it with her daily work to help future artists in their career. When not working at Cadenza, you can find Bianca teaching as a POUND® Fitness Instructor at different Crunch Gyms in Manhattan or at a Mets game!
